Ann Christiansen is my Nia trainer, a Nia Black Belt Teacher and an international Nia Trainer. She trains Nia teachers worldwide across all belt levels. As the first Nia teacher in Germany (since 1998), originally from Sweden and now based in Hamburg, she is one of the pioneers of the Nia movement in Europe.

Nia combines dance, martial arts and forms of body therapy. The unique, holistic movement concept brings you strength, relaxation, joy and balance. With Nia, you train your body in a playful and multifaceted way and explore your diverse possibilities of expression.

 

Nia is danced barefoot and in movement-friendly clothing.

 

No specific skills are required.

You can take part with any physical condition.
