Terms and Conditions
Responsible for the content of the website:
1. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION
Participation in all retreats, workshops, and events is at your own responsibility. A sufficient level of physical and mental health is required. In case of any health concerns, participants are obliged to consult a medical professional to determine whether participation is appropriate and advisable. Participation is at your own risk. We do not accept any liability for potential damages.
2. BINDING NATURE OF THE REGISTRATION
By registering for a retreat, workshop, or event and receiving written confirmation from us (usually by email), a binding contract is established. This contract entails the obligation to pay the retreat, workshop, or course fee. Cancellation or withdrawal is only possible under the conditions stated below.
3. ARRIVAL AND ACCOMMODATION COSTS
For multi-day events, participants are responsible for booking and covering their own travel, meals, and accommodation. Only the respective terms and conditions of the service providers apply. We do not assume any liability for issues related to accommodation or travel.
4. WITHDRAWAL FROM REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION/CANCELLATION
Free cancellation of registration is possible up to 6 weeks before the start of the retreat, workshop, or event. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or letter. The date of receipt of the cancellation by us is decisive for meeting the deadline. In case of later cancellation, no-show, delayed arrival, or early departure from the retreat, workshop, or event, the full fee is due. Participants may propose a suitable replacement person who will take over all rights and obligations of the contract.
We (the organizers or workshop facilitators) reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:

in the event of illness or accident of the retreat/workshop/event facilitator

in cases of force majeure that make it impossible to carry out the retreat, workshop, or event

if the required minimum number of participants is not reached
In the event of a cancellation on our part, participants will be informed without delay. Any fees already paid will be fully refunded. However, we do not cover any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

5. PAYMENT
Retreat, workshop, or event fees are due upon conclusion of the contract and must be paid within 10 days of registration – either via online payment or by bank transfer to the following account:

6. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision, a valid and enforceable provision shall apply that comes closest to the economic intent of the original provision. The same shall apply if these Terms and Conditions prove to be incomplete.

The place of jurisdiction is Munich.
