This weekend creates a space for you and us where we can slow down, land and open up.
Slowing down is necessary within us to make real experience possible, to receive experience, to expand our consciousness and to give expression to the moment in dance.

To give ourselves to the moment.

Together we create a space in which we can come into harmony with the world, alone and held in community, encountering empty moments without seeking or trying anything.

These are moments that become sacred within us in a way.
Moments in which we meet, move and dance with a gentle heart and a clear mind.

These are the moments in which we rediscover ourselves and move into the world deeply connected with a new clarity.

Gentleness takes its place within us and we become softer at our edges.

The Soul Motion practice forms a powerful, subtle foundation for our encounters and relationships with ourselves and the world. With its support, we can practice nurturing peace within ourselves, in the small and the challenging moments. With their support, we can practice finding our way back to ourselves again and again, deepening our attention and giving our own actions a deeper meaning.

In this space, our appreciation for the moment, its untouchable preciousness, becomes tangible within us.
