Nia® morning with impulses from life coaching
Theme: WE COME BACK STRONGER
What are the resources you draw on when you want to recover and strengthen yourself deeply, and what can you let go of because it burdens you and drains your energy?
We explore this with Nia® and Freedance, you experience a guided meditation and through supportive questions, you can adopt new perspectives and gain insights.

in the Dojo SEIN, Schwanthalerstraße 91, 2nd floor, Munich
Dates in May and June:
08.05., 15.05., 22.05., no Nia on 29.05.,
June 5th, June 12th, June 19th, June 26th
The course will continue after that. The exact dates in July and August will be communicated later. You can join at any time!
